We are required by the Scottish Government to be licensed under the Short Term Lettings legislation.

As an operator from before 1st October 2022, we were allowed until 1st October 2023 to apply and can continue trading while our application is awaiting determination.

We applied on 9th September 2023 and our application is currently pending – Highland Council HI-10400-P.. We expect the full licence to be granted soon
